It is the finishing touches in a room that make the difference.  By coordinating the various fabrics in a room through matching colours, or using complementary or contrasting colours, it is possible to dramatically enhance the overall effect.  Whether it is a headboard for a bedroom, cushions for a lounge or napkins for a dining room, the coordination of the fabrics and colours provides that ambience of Sheer Elegance. 

Headboards can either be made entirely from scratch or an existing headboard can be recovered.  If made from scratch, the solid framework is covered in a soft padding which makes the finished unit comfortable to the touch.  Existing headboards usually have sufficient padding already in place so the cover can be fitted directly on top.  In the case of the latter we will take away your old headboard and bring it back recovered.  Covers can either be loose or permanently fitted.  As always the use of trimming and accessories can give you the overall effect you want.

Cushions provide a link between the furniture in the room and the fabrics used in the curtains and pelmets.  Here the same fabric has been used but sometimes a contrasting or complementary colour can provide the desired effect.  Cushion covers are made either to cover your own pads or they can be provided.

Here a canopy is used to turn an ordinary bed into a sleeping palace for a little princess.  The hearts are made from MDF and are ideal for a little girl, but other shapes can be done as appropriate.  Colourwise the room is predominantly purple with curtains, canopy and wall hangings in pink; this gives a room which has a warm feel to it and is very inviting for the child that sleeps in it.  The custom-made wall hangings again tie on the overall theme and colours of the room to provide that touch of Sheer Elegance.
